This course studies the interrelation between, market structure, firm behaviour, innovation and technology. Topics covered will include competitive markets, monopolies, pricing and marketing tactics, networks and technological standards, cartel formation, implicit collusion, antitrust enforcement, differentiated products, advertising, patents and intellectual property rights, among others.
